Vitalibis offers free shipping in the continental United States on all product orders $50 USD or greater, before taxes and shipping. Free shipping does not apply for 2-Day expedited service.
Standard shipping occurs on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays). Orders may take 24-48 hours to process.

Orders for P.O. Boxes, Hawaii and Alaska are delivered via USPS typically within 5-14 business days.
Orders for APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are delivered via USPS typically within 14-21 days.

We will ship orders to the address you indicate as long as it meets the address requirements at checkout. Upon delivery of your items to the carrier, you assume risk of loss as well as ownership of items purchased through the website, and you are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination via an industry leading sales and use tax third party software application. Depending on your credit card bank, an international transaction fee may apply. Vitalibis uses a credit card processing alliance in the UK.
We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. We encourage you to use the Return Merchandise Form to return the original item, then purchase the correct item in a new order.
Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 45-days. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Any item returned after 45-days from the order date is not eligible for refund. A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items along with the associated Return Merchandise Form. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund may be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction or issued via a refund check. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the refunded amount may be provided via a website product credit. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
